Gerard Arthur Way was born on April 9, 1977 in New Jersey. He, as you know, is the lead singer
of My Chemical Romance. He is the older brother of Mikey Way, the bass player in the band. Gerard is obessed with the idea
of death and learned at a young age that everyone will die alone. Gerard's grandma, Elena, taught him how to draw and sing.
The song Helena, on Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, is dedicated to her. Gerard has recentaly recovered from alcohol and drug
addiction. He has been sober seen august of 2004, but is still addicted to coffee. Gerard did the art work for the cd booklet
for Three Cheers and I Brought You My Bullets. He is also scared to death by niddles, thats why he dosent have any pierecings
or tattoos.
